Rewarding your staff - some ideas PDF Print E-mail

Be genuine about rewarding your staff, take an interest in their personal lives and everyday greet your employees by name and with a smile.  If your staff like you they will be much more loyal and will want to reward you back.

Making work fun can be a great reward in itself, look for ways to do this.   Congratulate little things that your employees do.  Staff will come knocking at your door for work because they will have heard how great it is to work for you.
