Normally this space is reserved for one or two fantastic businesses, however we thought we would be a little different this time!

We felt that the rest of Australia should be aware of just how good things can be in Canberra!

The advertisements on this page are just some of the fantastic businesses we discovered whilst our mystery shoppers were on assignment at The Marketplace in Gungahlin. The comments with them are the actual comments made by our mystery shoppers regarding their overall customer service experience.

Our shoppers were asked to rate the overall customer service they experienced during their visit.

They were given a scale of 1 to 5 where:
1 - Terrible
3 - Average
5 - Outstanding

Out of 64 businesses mystery shopped, 31 were rated 5 out of 5. The average for the whole centre was 4.1 out of 5.

These figures deserve a HUGE pat on the back. We would like to encourage all our SpySee News readers in the area of Gungahlin to visit these businesses and say "thanks for providing great service."
