SpySee's 5 steps to Success ProgramSpySee introduces a unique 5 Step Program to give you and your team the tools and know how to forge an unrivaled customer service culture into your business. The SpySee program is fully customisable and SpySee will work with you to achieve superb results across all elements of your customer service that will enhance and grow your business. Step 1: BenchmarkYour 'pre-shop' benchmark will give you a starting point to measure the impact of changes you implement that result from your mystery shopping. Step 2: PrepareWith a motivated team you can shape outstanding results through Mystery Shopping. SpySee will provide you with notes and a session plan to facilitate a discussion to help your team understand the benefits of mystery shopping and inspire team members into action. SpySee can also provide a coach to help you affect the desired results. Step 3: MonitorThe key to success of a SpySee Mystery Shopping program is ongoing scrutiny. SpySee will conduct monthly Mystery Shops across a range of service elements to capture and report on strengths and weaknesses of the business from a customer viewpoint. SpySee’s comprehensive 25 point report will include recommendations for action. If training is recommended, SpySee can work with your current training provider or refer you for expert advice on how to best target your training dollar for greatest impact. Designed to dovetail with mystery shopping, SpySee's unique 'Tell Us' campaign collates and reports on ongoing customer feedback. You can self monitor progress with our online reports. Step 4: RewardRecognition and rewards are the most positive way to keep staff motivated, happy and loyal. SpySee Mystery Shopping program is a unique opportunity to share with your people the success of improved customer service. SpySee will provide certificates to acknowledge staff performing well after a Mystery Shop. We encourage business owners to instigate rewards such as an ‘Outstanding achievement award’. Step 5: ReviewPerhaps the most vital stage of any business improvement process is the review stage. SpySee, you and perhaps your team will get together to assess the results of the year's mystery shopping and evaluate the impact of improvements you have made. SpySee will provide a summary report of the year's Mystery Shopping and Tell Us results with recommendations for achieving continual improvement for your business. This is a chance to identify what worked well, what could have gone better and how you will build on the positive results to continue your business improvement program into the next year. |
