Focus Groups

Focus groups are a qualitative method of research which provides a rich and insightful look into your business. You will receive information, data and feedback into either a chosen area of your business or on a particular product.
They take the form of in-depth discussions with small groups of eight to ten people who are carefully selected based on a set of criteria, with the discussion usually lasting one to two hours.

Product research

Product research can consist of a survey based on a current product or a new product.  Trials of the product may or may not be given to the participants, however trialling a product is a very effective way to encourage new customers and the feedback will be much more specific.
Product trials or surveys can be sent to a chosen group of participants carefully selected based on a set of criteria from our database.  The information, data and feedback will then be collected and graphed into a final report.
